He began his activity as an entrepreneur in the hospitality sector on the Costa del Sol, where he directed various activities, reaching a volume of up to 400 employees. Later in 2001, it began to operate in the new technologies sector, entering the international export and import market, including manufacturing, of electronic equipment, reaching significant shares in the Spanish and European market. He obtained the national distribution of Hewlett-Packard working with large clients such as Carrefour, Media-Markt and El Corte Inglés. Between 2007 and 2009 he held the official international distribution of the Zahav vehicle brand, a project for an assembly plant in Spain. Between 2010-2013 he was CEO of the INTEC Group, a company specialized in the design, construction and maintenance of technical infrastructures, with implantation in the private sector in Morocco. In the year 2013 to 2014, he worked in the Implementation and Introduction supported by different construction companies in Morocco, stories such as the Ortiz group, Cyes, etc., with which public works are currently available in conjunction with the Moroccan government. In 2015 and 2016, he again managed the distribution of HP, in the National and International market of export and import of products, with the exclusivity of HPXCAM products in Spain and the Middle East. Since 2016 Javier began to establish a close relationship between him and the Chinese conglomerate Huanbohai Energy Trading Center, becoming president of the Company. After his performance in 2019, he became president of the HETC company in Europe and Africa. Also, since the end of 2019, it has opened a new branch of activity in petroleum products, acting as a purchasing center, generating an infrastructure that guarantees the complete satisfaction and security of both the end customer and the supplier.
